Remarks board DOHN Financial report 2024
During 2024, the executed projects were fully financed by project sponsoring. Besides that, the Equity base doubled to Eur 10.685. Eur 7.000 of the Equity base on 31/12/2024 will be allocated for projects in 2025.
Project Lotus Sports Club
During 2024, the last post production costs were made for Lotus Sports Club.
Also during 2024, we received revenues for Lotus Sports Club, like screening fees from Film Festivals, licenses to libraries (Film Institutes and School platforms) and sales to TV broadcasters. With those revenues we could fully pay back the investors of the Lotus Sports Club project (Tommaso Colognese and Robert Witlox).
Incoming revenues in the future will be allocated to the Deferral beneficiaries (as listed in the Recoupment schedule), with which – some – of their invested working (over the course of this project) the will be rewarded.
In December 2024, we executed a crowdfunding campaign via GoFundMe, for the finishing the training field of the Lotus Sports Club team. These revenues (Eur 4134 on 31/12/2024) are paid out in December 2024 and January 2025. These revenues are sufficient to finish the training field and on top of that we reward a graffiti artist to place a mural at the training field.
Balance
The short-time liabilities on 31/12/2024 (Eur 3011) is money that is actually on our bank account, but already labeled for three projects in 2025:
