Remarks board DOHN Financial report 2021
The impact of the covid crisis is – still – reflected in the activities and financial report of DOHN 2021.
During 2021, the post production of Lotus Sports Club was started up again. By the end of 2021, this documentary was finalized and submitted to several International Film Festivals. In the beginning of 2022, we held our first public events: a documentary night in Siem Reap, Cambodia (January 2022), and one in Bangkok, Thailand (March 2022).
The short-time liabilities on 31/12/2021 (total EUR 7,982) concern: the documentary Lotus Sports Club (EUR 131) and the EU mission (EUR 3,500) / US embassy (EUR 4,350) in Phnom Penh for a community documentary event, to be held (postponed from 2021) in 2022.
For 2021 there was insufficient budget to reward our coordinator for his invested hours.
The board of DOHN has approved with the budget for Lotus Sports Club. In case of future revenues, there is a scheme (Recoupment schedule) for persons/parties to be paid out. First of all, the persons who did an Equity investment will be paid out, including Robert Witlox (EUR 2,350 invested in 2019) and Tomasso Colognese (EUR 12,331 invested in 2019 and 2021), followed by Deferrals (person who invested time for free), followed by Net profit shares for identified persons and organizations. This will be done after these individuals and organizations have signed an agreement with witch all rights will be transferred to DOHN.
