Remarks board DOHN Financial report 2022
In the beginning of 2022, the post production of Lotus Sports Club was completed. In 2022 and 2023 we see international interest for this documentary.
Some last private investments for the production were done in 2022 and the first incoming contributions (International Film Festivals) are realized.
The short-time liabilities on 31/12/2022 is Eur 1,048. This amount was received in 2022 from International Film Festival for the screening Lotus Sports Club and transferred to 2023 in order to pay back the investors of this documentary.
In 2023 we expect to receive the final 20% (estimated with Eur 1,890) of a project budget we obtained from the US Embassy in Cambodia for a (photography/documentary/community-event) project finalized in December 2022.
The board of DOHN has approved with the budget for Lotus Sports Club. In case of future revenues, we established a scheme (Recoupment schedule) for persons/parties to be paid out. First of all, the persons who did an Equity investment will be paid out, including Robert Witlox (EUR 2,800 invested in 2019 and 2020) and Tommaso Colognese (EUR 15,211 invested in 2019, 2021 and 2022), followed by Deferrals (person who invested time for free), followed by Net profit shares for identified persons and organizations. This will be done after these individuals and organizations have signed an agreement by which all rights will be transferred to DOHN.
