Many thanks to all the sponsors who made it happen: we managed to reach the crowdfunding goal in time! Cinecrowd (a platform for film/documentary crowdfunding) will soon transfer EUR 5000 to us, giving us the financial boost we need for this project. Filmmaker Vanna Hem is still filming the young lesbians on a Cambodian women’s soccer team and their lesbian coach.
In October the team will travel from the province to the capital, Phnom Penh, to take part in the national competition. The girls and Vanna are very eager to film that journey and competition.
